1. Agreement

By creating an account or using MomenTrax, you agree to these Terms. If you are using MomenTrax on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data that is not yours, or use MomenTrax to break the law. Each tenant's data is isolated; you may only access your own.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed per your selected plan and currency. Trials are free for the stated period. You can change or cancel your plan from your account; changes apply to the next billing period.

5. Your data

You own your data. We process it to provide the service, keep daily backups, and never share it across tenants.
