3. Tenant isolation

Each customer's data is isolated using PostgreSQL row-level security. We never mix or share data across tenants.

4. Processors

We use trusted providers to deliver the service — for example payments, email and SMS, and object storage — under appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it unless the law requires otherwise.
